The HR Company will hold a Freeman and Member Declaration Lunch at Ironmongers Hall on Monday 23 February 2026. The Ceremony will take place at 1200 prior to Lunch at the Hall.

In addition, Freemen of the Company who are attending the Freedom of the City Declaration Ceremony at the Guildhall will also join this lunch.

This event is open to any Member of the Company and their guests

Timings:

For those making Freedom of the City Declaration at the Guildhall – 1130 (arrive at The Guildhall by 1115)

Following the Freedom Ceremony, then make your way to Ironmongers Hall for a reception and lunch. Pease arrive at Ironmongers’ Hall for 1230

For those making HR Company Freemen and Member Declarations arrive at Ironmongers’ Hall by 1200.

Both groups of Declarants will join together at 1230 for a glass of sparkling wine followed by lunch

This includes: Glass of sparkling wine, 3 course lunch and Half a bottle of house wine (there is a £7 supplement for Beef).
