The Pro-Bono team from the Company of HR Professionals is running a webinar for managers of people in the Charity sector. The focus will be on how to manage the performance of your people effectively.

This will be a highly interactive including:

• • Why it is important to manage performance of your people
  • Aligning individual goals with those of the organisation
  • Giving regular feedback and not just once a year
  • Adjusting goals if necessary
