The HR Company will hold a Freeman and Member Declaration Lunch at Ironmongers Hall on Monday 14 August.  The Ceremony will take place at 1200 prior to Lunch at the Hall.

In addition, Freemen of the Company who are attending the Freedom of the City Declaration Ceremony at the Guildhall will also join this lunch.

This event is open to Members of the Company and their guests

Timings:

For those making Freedom of the City Declaration at the Guildhall – 1130 (arrive at The Guildhall by 1115)
Following the Freedom Ceremony, then make your way to Ironmongers Hall for a reception and lunch.

For those making HR Company Freemen and Member Declarations arrive at Ironmongers Hall  by 1200

Both groups of Declarants will join together at 1230 for a glass of sparkling wine followed by lunch

The cost is £55.00 per head for 3 courses.​​ A menu will be sent in the week preceding and choices must be made by the Tuesday prior to the lunch.

This includes: Glass of sparkling wine, 3 course lunch and Half a bottle of house wine (there is a £4 supplement for Beef).  If you would like to book a non alcoholic lunch then the cost is £45.  Please contact Info@hrprofessionals.org.uk rather than booking via the website for a non alcoholic lunch.
