The Pro-Bono team from the Company of HR Professionals is running a webinar for managers of people in the Charity sector. The focus will be on how to manage people in a hybrid working environment; we recognise that today, most organisations have some form of hybrid working culture with a mix of working in an office and at home. We want to discuss ways to manage this this phenomenon effectively, bearing in mind that there is no Playbook with set rules and to share tips and suggestions. This will be a highly interactive including:

1. • What are the major challenges?
   • Different types of Hybrid
   • How to manage people differently?
   • Changes to the culture
