Masterclass on Managing your Charity Staff through a Crisis

The Pro-Bono team from the Company of HR Professionals is running a webinar for managers of people in the Charity sector.

This will be a highly interactive session focusing on:

• Hybrid Working
• Attracting and retaining key talent
• Improving internal communications
• How to realistically support during the cost-of-living crisis

Data will be used from a survey conducted by Ian McKlintock from Charity Excellence and the Charity HR Best Practice group.

Space is limited and so a waitlist will be used if necessary.
