DESCRIPTION:Guest Speaker: John Brandler \nJohn is an art dealer and gallery owner.The grandson of an auctioneer\, John’s foray into the world of art dealing began with buying and selling antique furniture. In the 1970s he purchased all the unwanted\, unfashionable\, broken and neglected furniture from St. Paul’s Cathedral\, which was being refurbished\, and sold it to museums and collectors around the world. \nBy the time he was 25\, John had collected furniture from Buckingham Palace to The Vatican. \nIn 2003 John started dealing in Banksy and other famous street artists. His latest highly publicised purchase was ‘Seasons Greetings’\, the Banksy mural discovered sprayed on a garage wall in Port Talbot. \nJohn has made numerous TV appearances including on The One Show\,  Four Rooms and Cash in the Attic. \nCome and hear about John’s remarkable career over canapes and drinks and find out who John thinks will be the next Bansky.
